Best for internal drum scale, repeat smell, and hard-water buildup in machine internals.

1. 1Keep the drum empty. No clothes, detergent, or other cleaner inside.
2. 2Add 1 full sachet directly into the drum.
3. 3Run a hot empty cycle at 60C or above.
4. 4Keep the cycle at 60 minutes max.
5. 5Run one immediate plain rinse cycle after it finishes, then wipe the gasket and drawer.

Best for storage geysers that heat slowly, rumble, or keep building scale in tank and element zones.

1. 1Switch off mains power first.
2. 2Drain the tank fully.
3. 3Refill with water and add 1 sachet dissolved into the tank.
4. 4Heat once to max 60C, then let it sit for 1 hour.
5. 5Drain fully and flush with 2 plain-water rinses before normal use.

Best for rods coated in visible scale that are heating slower than they should.

1. 1Unplug the rod and let it cool fully.
2. 2Fill a bucket with room-temperature water and dissolve 1 sachet.
3. 3Soak the rod for 1 hour.
4. 4Rinse under running water for 30 seconds and dry before reuse.
